We had a fantastic stay close to 5th Avenue with its restaurants and bars.

It had great location and staff, loved it. Location close to everything. Overall experience was perfect👍

Loved that it included a microwave oven, an air conditioning and an iron.

Multiple unique rooms, some with balconies and hammocks. Well-equipped kitchen and nearby grocery stores. Amazing rooftop with hammocks, barbecue, and sunbathing area. Helpful and English-speaking staff. Clean apartment with strong AC and hot showers.

I recently stayed at Casa Yako for 8 nights and it was the perfect base for exploring Riviera Maya. The location in Playa del Carmen is fantastic, with easy access to beautiful places like Cozumel Island, Xel-Ha natural park, Tulum, Chichen Itza. The vibrant Avenidad 5, with its many restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. The apartment itself, number 11, was spacious and had a balcony with a hammock and bathtub. The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed preparing our own meals. The rooftop was amazing, with hammocks, a barbecue, and sunbeds. The staff was helpful and responsive, and the apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. it was our best stay in Mexico!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. Welcome drinks in the fridge. Lifesaver AC in the bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen. Beach towels, umbrella, and chair provided. Short walk to the beach and '5th Avenue' street. Free parking. Great communication.

This place is perfect for a quick stay, as it is conveniently situated near 5th Avenue, the beach, and various restaurants. Furthermore, it is close to all the attractions in the area.

The wifi in the downstairs units was not sufficient for online work, but upstairs it was much better.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, with luxurious pillows and a cozy comforter. The well-equipped kitchen was a great bonus, allowing me to prepare my own meals. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, 5th avenue, and some incredible vegan restaurants. It couldn't have been better!

I did have a few small issues during my stay. the electronic door with the security siren was quite annoying, especially when it went off early in the morning.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be more variety in the menu.
